Who we are

Wittering Sands is a privately owned holiday house at 14 Wittering Road, Hayling Island, PO11 9SP. For any privacy question, email enquiries@witteringsands.com.

What we collect

• Details you give us in a message or booking — name, email address, phone number and the message you send.
• Basic, anonymous website usage data (pages viewed, referring site, approximate country).

Why we use it

To answer messages, arrange and manage stays, and understand which pages of the site are useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Messages and bookings are handled through our booking and email providers, who process the information on our behalf. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

How long we keep it

Message correspondence is kept while it is relevant and for as long as we need it for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within one month.
