- By Car: Access via the A27 and A3(M), then take the bridge onto Hayling Island. The property is located on the southern coast.
- By Train: The nearest station is Havant, on the mainland just north of the bridge, with direct services from London Waterloo. Havant to Sandy Point is roughly six to seven miles by road.
- By Air: Southampton Airport is the closest, with Gatwick a longer drive east along the A27/M23.
